Role Overview

The Field Executive will be responsible for on-ground campaign execution, grassroots intelligence collection, and coordination within assigned constituencies or regions.

Key ResponsibilitiesField Operations & Execution
- Support execution of campaign activities such as public outreach, meetings, surveys, and booth-level initiatives.
- Coordinate with local volunteers, party workers, and field teams.




- Assist in planning and executing constituency-level and ward-level activities.

Ground Intelligence & Reporting
- Collect grassroots feedback, voter sentiment, and local issue inputs.
- Track opposition activities, local political developments, and event responses.
- Submit daily and weekly field reports in prescribed formats.

Coordination & Communication
- Act as a link between field units and central War Room / Strategy teams.
- Ensure timely communication of on-ground updates and escalations.

Data & Documentation
- Assist in basic data collection, validation, and documentation.
- Maintain discipline, accuracy, and confidentiality of field information.

Eligibility & QualificationsPreferred Profile
- Prior experience in political campaigns, field operations, grassroots movements, student politics, NGOs, or social outreach.
- Strong understanding of Tamil Nadu’s political landscape and regional dynamics.
