AI Digital Media & Client Success Executive

Role Snapshot

This is an execution-heavy, AI-first role at the intersection of content, campaigns, client

interaction, and automated social media operations. You’ll own AI-driven content

creation, manage and automate social media accounts, execute digital campaigns for 2
- 3 AI products, and handle first-level client conversations before handing off qualified

leads.

What You’ll Do

AI-First Content & Media
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to research, ideate, and produce

content across formats:
- Create short-form and long-form videos for explainers, feature launches, demos,

case studies, and ads using AI-powered tools like Canva, Descript, Kapwing, or similar.
- Design pitch decks and presentations for demos, sales calls, webinars, and

partner or investor discussions using AI-assisted design tools.

Social Media Handling & Automation
- Own day-to-day management of social media accounts for 2-3 AI products across

LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.




- Set up and maintain automation workflows for posting, scheduling, and basic

engagement using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Zapier, or similar.
- Use AI to generate post variations, captions, hooks, hashtags, and creative

formats at scale.
- Plan and maintain a structured content calendar with automated publishing and

reminders.
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; handle first-level responses and

escalate qualified inbound leads.
- Repurpose long-form assets (blogs, webinars, demos, case studies) into

- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns for 2-3 AI products across social,
