Culinary Production: Prepare, cook, and garnish a wide variety of Chinese dishes (wok items, noodles, rice, sauces) following restaurant recipes and standards.
- Station Management: Handle daily mise-en-place and ensure the workstation is clean, organized, and fully prepped before service.
- Quality Control: Ensure consistent taste, portioning, and presentation of food to meet guest expectations.
- Safety & Sanitation: Comply with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations to prevent cross-contamination.
- Operations & Supervision: Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and guide commis chefs or kitchen helpers
