Preventive Maintenance: Performing regular, scheduled maintenance on machinery, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to prevent downtime.
- Repairs & Troubleshooting: Diagnosing issues with equipment and performing repairs, including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work.
- Inspections & Safety: Conducting routine building inspections and ensuring all systems comply with safety, health, and fire regulations.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Emergency Response: Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns to restore functionality.
- Vendor Coordination: Assisting with, or supervising, external contractors for specialized repairs.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
