We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing professional to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven campaigns that drive measurable growth. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across global markets, scaling brands through strategic paid acquisition and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels
- Develop full-funnel performance marketing strategies focused on acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Manage and optimize PPC, display, social, and remarketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and generate actionable insights
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Track, report, and improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and other key metrics




- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives
- Work closely with developers to ensure proper tracking implementation (GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion APIs, etc.)
- Manage budgets efficiently and allocate spend for maximum ROI
- Stay updated with the latest performance marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices

Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of skilled experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and performance tracking tools
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
