Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business from Defence and paramilitary clients
- Promote and sell life insurance products as per customer needs
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis
- Build strong relationships with Defence customers for long-term business
- Handle policy documentation, follow-ups, and post-sales service
- Generate leads through references, field activities, and local networking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDA regulations
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in life insurance sales (Defence channel preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills
- Field sales experience is mandatory
- Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented
Education
- Graduate in any discipline
Pay: ₹20,530.99 - ₹40,000.00 per month
