Publish standard reports (e.g. OTP reports) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Co-operate closely with business teams and help them with high level data analysis.
- Analyze existing processes and protocols and aid in improving the IT process.
- Monitor key system performance metrics daily and highlight deviations.
- Understand the root cause of problems, trouble shoot and document the same.

Solid knowledge of MS Excel, google worksheet
