We’re expanding and are looking for a responsible, proactive, and organized individual to join our team and manage key operations across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Management - Oversee daily administrative tasks and ensure efficient workflow.

Production Coordination - Communicate between CAD designers and manufacturers to streamline the jewelry-making process.

Order Processing - Manage and process online orders efficiently, ensuring timely packaging and delivery.

Design & Manufacturing Follow-up - Track design progress and production timelines, ensuring everything stays on schedule.





Social Media Support
- Assist with basic content posting, DM replies, and engagement on platforms like Instagram.

HR Support - Help with hiring freelancers or staff when needed.

Inventory & Documentation - Maintain records, update stock details, and coordinate with vendors as required.

Who We’re Looking For:
Someone who is highly responsible and multi-tasking

Solid communication and coordination skills

Experience or understanding of jewelry manufacturing is a plus

Self-motivated and detail-oriented

Comfortable using and managing social media platforms
