TOOL ROOM INCHARGE REQUIRED FOR LEADING MANUFACTURER OF INJECTION PLASTIC PRODUCTS, WITH MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERTISE IN PLASTIC MOLD MANUFACTURING.
The Tool Room Incharge will design, fabricate, and maintain moulds used in the production of components. The role requires precision, technical expertise, and hands-on experience in mould making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and fabricate moulds as per engineering specifications.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on existing moulds to ensure longevity.
- Collaborate with the production and R&D; teams to improve mould designs.
- Operate CNC machines, lathes, and other tool room equipment.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of mould designs and modifications.

The Tool room Incharge will oversee all operations within our Tool Room facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Design, repair moulds to enhance, quality standards, and cost efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Implement and monitor processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Mechanical Eng. are a plus.:
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process Mould making skills. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and quality control practices.:
- ITI/Diploma in Tool and Die Making or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in mould making, preferably in the Lighting/Fan or home appliance industry.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines, lathes, and other tool room equipment.
