Competition Guru Coaching Institute is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Bank / SSC Exam Counsellor to guide students preparing for Banking and SSC exams. The role involves counselling, handling leads, converting inquiries into admissions, and providing career guidance to aspirants.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students for Banking exams (IBPS, SBI, RBI) and SSC exams (CGL, CHSL, MTS, GD):
- Handle walk-ins, inbound calls, WhatsApp, and online leads
- Explain course structure, batch timings, fees, and exam details
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling
- Maintain student database and follow-up regularly
- Guide students on exam patterns, eligibility, and preparation strategies
- Coordinate with faculty and operations team for smooth onboarding
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream




- Basic knowledge of Banking & SSC exams:
- 1-3 years experience in counselling / education / sales preferred

Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong counselling and interpersonal abilities
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Ability to handle students and parents confidently
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp tools)
- Experience in coaching institutes (SSC/Banking)
- Prior experience in admission counselling
