Job Title: Sales Executive - Industrial Gases

Location: Waluj MIDC, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)

Company Overview:
We are a growing industrial gases distribution company supplying products such as Argon,

CO₂, Nitrogen, Oxygen, Hydrogen, and gas mixtures to fabrication shops and manufacturing

industries. We focus on reliable supply, strong customer relationships, and consistent service

to industrial clients.

Role Overview:
We are looking for motivated individuals to manage and grow relationships with industrial

customers. This is a field sales role involving regular visits to factories, workshops, and

industrial units in and around Waluj MIDC and nearby industrial areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit industrial customers (fabricators, workshops, factories) on a regular basis
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Understand customer requirements and gas consumption patterns
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure timely delivery and service
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and introduce additional products




- Generate new leads and onboard new customers
- Maintain daily visit reports and follow-ups
- MBA or Graduate with 1-2 years of work experience
- Comfortable with field sales and meeting industrial customers
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (basic English required)
- Self-driven, disciplined, and willing to work in a target-oriented role

Mandatory Requirement:
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) for client visits (fuel expenses will be reimbursed)

Compensation:
- CTC: ₹2,00,000 - ₹3,00,000 per annum (based on experience and performance)
- Performance-based incentives
