We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Business Executive to manage day-to-day operations, handle customer communication, and support business growth. The role requires robust communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inquiries from IndiaMART and other online platforms
- Handle social media accounts, including posting content and replying to customer messages
- Attend inbound calls and provide proper product/service information
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, order confirmation, and lead conversion
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers
- Generate new leads through online platforms and calling
- Keep records of customer interactions and update daily reports
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
