Process and manage online orders from our e-commerce platforms

Coordinate with shipping and courier companies for timely deliveries

Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and tracking details

Monitor shipments and resolve delivery issues

Handle customer queries related to orders, shipping, and returns

Maintain inventory and update order status regularly

Requirements:
Experience in e-commerce operations and shipping coordination

Familiarity with courier services and logistics processes

Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.)

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-growing startup

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Experience with international shipping

Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Prior experience in a startup or online business
