CTC: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 per month

Job Purpose

Ensure statutory compliance and safe operations at the rubber and chemical manufacturing plant by preventing accidents, managing risks, and promoting a strong safety culture in line with legal and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Maharashtra Factories Rules, MSIHC Rules, Hazardous Waste Rules, MPCB & Fire norms
- Handle inspections and liaison with Factory Inspectorate, MPCB, Fire Dept.
- Identify and control risks in rubber processing (mixing, extrusion, vulcanization) and chemical handling
- Conduct HIRA/JSA, safety audits, and daily shopfloor safety rounds
- Implement PPE usage, LOTO, machine guarding, and permit-to-work systems
- Manage chemical storage, MSDS, spill control, and emergency showers
- Conduct safety induction, trainings, toolbox talks, and mock drills
- Investigate incidents, near misses,



and implement CAPA
- Maintain safety records, statutory registers, and monthly MIS

Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Science
- Diploma in Industrial Safety (DIS) - Maharashtra Govt recognized (mandatory)
- 3-7 years experience in manufacturing, preferably rubber or chemical industry

Pay: ₹45,716.60 - ₹50,143.68 per month
