1. Check the input material of each stage as per job card details. If any deviation observed, then inform to Production in Charge.

2. Ensure proper line clearance

3. Perform first piece approval

4. Stage wise quality checks

5. Identification of defects and rectify the defect online on machine in collaboration with production operator / in charge

6. Conduct in process inspection and testing

7. Ensure proper IPQC Reports filled by production team and verify the same

8. Maintain IPQC documentation, other quality reports and records.

9. Collaborate with production HODs to address quality concerns and implement improvement strategies

10. Follow work instructions strictly.

11. Support for Audits related to shop floor GMP and documentation

12. Ensure implementation of all stage wise SOPs.
