Confident is looking for qualified Customer Support Executives to join our inbound team in Vadodara. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, provide accurate solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Professionally handle inbound customer calls.
- Understand and resolve customer queries with timely, accurate solutions.
- Maintain service quality standards and high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately update customer details and call logs in the system.

Eligibility & Salary
- Graduates (Experience): Minimum 1 year of support experience | ₹22,000 CTC.
- Undergraduates: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience | ₹18,000 CTC.
- Freshers: Graduate freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Requirements:
- Fluent English communication (mandatory).
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused mindset.

Location: Kirti Plaza, Manjalpur, Vadodara, Gujarat.
