Job Title: Team Member - IT

Education: Any Graduate

Location: Palghar

Role & Responsibility

1) Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central 365 ERP Software - Mandatory

Ability to navigate the system, generate reports, and troubleshoot basic issues.

Knowledge of managing master codes, including setting up new codes, maintaining existing ones, and ensuring data consistency

2) Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them

4) Provide support in a face-to-face capacity, over the phone or via remote desktop software, helping staff or clients set up systems or resolve issues

5) Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults replace parts as required

6)



Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues respond within agreed time limits to call-outs

7) Priorities and manage many open cases at one time

8) Resolving IT support requests from employees

9) Answering employee questions regarding computer systems

10) Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed

11) CCTV Camera’s installation & Maintenance, Telephone manage

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
