We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our complex IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, security, and optimal performance. Your expertise in system design, architecture, and administration will drive the seamless operation of our technology environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain servers (Windows/Linux), including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Monitor and support network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
- Configure and manage firewalls to ensure network security and prevent unauthorized access
- Handle day-to-day IT operations, including system monitoring and issue resolution
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning
- Install, configure,



and update software and hardware systems:
- Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Ensure data security, antivirus protection, and patch management
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in IT administration or similar role
- Strong knowledge of:
- Server management (Windows Server / Linux)
- Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Firewall configuration (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco, Sophos)
- Experience with Active Directory and user management
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure - basic level preferred)

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
