Qualification: ITI/Diploma

Experience: 3-8yrs

Salary: 30000-45000
- Set up and operate 4 axis VMC machines on Fanuc controls, ensuring correct workpiece alignment, fixtures, and tooling.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T; symbols, and inspection requirements to determine machining sequence, tolerances, and tool paths.
- Load and secure workpieces into vices, fixtures, or rotary tables; perform work coordinate and tool length offset adjustments.
- Select and install appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, inserts, and fixtures based on material, geometry, and program requirements.
- Run, monitor, and fine tune CNC programs for 4 axis operations; make in process adjustments to feeds, speeds, and offsets to maintain accuracy and surface finish.
- Perform in process and final inspections using vernier callipers, micrometres, height gauges, dial indicators,



and other precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, chip removal, checking coolant levels) and basic troubleshooting of VMC machines for minor issues.
- Maintain accurate production records, machine logs, and rework reports, and report defects, tool failures, or machine abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards in the machining area, including PPE usage and protected handling of tools, cutting fluids, and workpieces.
- Collaborate with planning, quality, and engineering teams to optimize setups, reduce cycle time, and improve first time right yields

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
