To translate design intent into production-ready woven and knitted garments with consistent fit, construction integrity, and high-end finishing, ensuring scalability without compromising quality.

Core Responsibilities
- Product Development and Sampling

Expert in CAD pattern in Tuka, Optitex and Gerber
Interpret tech packs and design briefs into executable garments
Work closely with sampling tailors, and merchandiser
Oversee proto samples, fit samples, and salesman samples
Understand fabric behavior, especially natural fabrics and post-dye changes
- Fit and Pattern Correction

Conduct fit sessions and recommend corrections
Work with pattern master on balance, proportion, and grading
Ensure consistency across sizes
- Construction and Finishing Standards

Define and standardize seam types, stitch density, reinforcements, and internal finishing
Ensure garments meet high-end construction standards
Approve pre-production samples and construction details
- Create operation breakdown with industrial engineer

Define sewing sequence for production




Train quality team on garment-specific checkpoints
- Define critical and minor defects

Set measurement tolerances and quality standards
Work with têxtile lab on shrinkage and fabric behavior
Feed learnings into pattern correction and consumption planning
Develop and maintain tech packs, measurement charts, and construction manuals
Standardize styles to reduce dependency on individuals
Resolve inline issues related to fit, construction, and efficiency
Support line setter and industrial engineer
