Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying potential business opportunities, and meeting sales targets.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, presenting and promoting products, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieving company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit local markets, retailers, distributors, and shops to promote and sell products




- Demonstrate product features, pricing, and usage to clients
- Generate leads through field visits and convert them into orders
- Maintain relationships with dealers, shops, and retail counters
- Conduct market surveys to identify recent areas and opportunities
- Manage order booking, payment follow-ups, and delivery coordination
- Track sales performance and report daily activities to the reporting manager

Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in offline/field sales
- Experience in electronics, electrical goods, home automation, home appliance, or utility product sales (preferred)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with target-oriented mindset
- Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone for field operations
