Department: Production Planning & Material Control (PPMC)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented PPMC Associate to support production planning, inventory control, and material coordination within our pharmaceutical operations. The role ensures timely availability of materials and smooth production flow while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule production activities based on demand forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material procurement
- Ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials
- Maintain accurate records and documentation (as per GMP guidelines)
- Coordinate with production, QA, and warehouse teams
- Identify and resolve supply chain or production delays
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical PPMC
- Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements
- Robust organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Office and general computer use.
