Job description:
- Functions and Responsibilities:_
- _Prepare project documentation, deliverables list, MDR and track the project on regular basis and report to the senior project team._
- Perform or assist in naval architectural calculations such as weight estimates, stability, mooring and hydrodynamic analysis._
- Carry out structural engineering calculations using first principles and FEA methods._
- Work independently or as part of the project team, ensure that the projects are delivered in accordance with the client contract requirements._
- Conduct project meetings and attend occasional onsite inspections._
- Collaborate with other disciplines and members of the DIMENSION regarding operational and specialist matters._
- Work together with relevant consultants, authorities, customers, and clients to ensure that all Architectural and Designing plans are adhered to ensure conformity and development of structure._
- Perform qualification work in accordance with procedures._
- Participate in project teams and improvement initiatives._
- Helping in monitoring any outstanding issues with the client._
- Promotion/Marketing of DIMENSION services._
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and designs using AutoCAD software._
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met._
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to obtain necessary information and approvals for projects._
- Ensure drawings comply with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations._
- Review and redline drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness._
- Perform other duties as assigned._
- Writing related technical documents such as material lists and cost estimates._
- Ensuring that all drawings are accurate and meet industry standards._
- Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:_
- Hold an Engineering Degree or equivalent (B.Tech Mechanical). A master's degree is desirable._
- _Minimum of 5 years of experience using AutoCAD software and Draf
