Position Overview:
The Sourcing Executive is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suppliers, negotiating commercials, and supporting end-to-end procurement activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality supply of goods and services for the organization. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, run RFQ/RFP processes, and maintain strong supplier relationships to drive continuous improvement and savings.
You’ll make a difference by:
- Understand sourcing requirements from purchase requisitions, specifications, and volumes; consolidate demand wherever possible.
- Identify, evaluate, and shortlist potential suppliers through market research, references, and vendor databases, focusing on quality, cost, capacity, and reliability.
