Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise garden maintenance and landscaping activities
- Manage field staff and daily work schedules
- Ensure quality standards in horticulture operations
- Coordinate with clients and project managers
- Monitor plant health, irrigation, and fertilization
- Prepare daily/weekly work reports
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree / Certificate Course in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscaping, or Nursery Management:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in horticulture / landscaping
- Freshers with relevant qualification can also apply:
- Good knowledge of plants, soil, irrigation, and garden maintenance
- Leadership and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,652.69 - ₹20,560.60 per month
