About the Role

We are looking for a Content Creator who can consistently produce engaging, scroll-stopping content for social media. The role focuses on creating short-form videos, posts, and creatives that drive attention, retention, and user engagement.

This is not a passive role — you will be expected to experiment, analyze performance, and improve content continuously.

Key Responsibilities
- Create short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style videos)
- Plan and execute content around trending topics, especially in sports (cricket preferred)
- Write captions, hooks, and scripts that improve watch time and engagement
- Turn insights/data into simple, engaging content formats
- Work closely with design/product teams for campaigns and feature launches
- Maintain a consistent content calendar
- Track performance metrics (views, retention, CTR) and optimize content

Requirements:
- Proven experience creating viral or high-engagement content
- Robust understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms




- Ability to write sharp hooks and clear, engaging scripts
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Understanding of trends and audience behavior
- Interest in cricket/sports is a strong advantage

Good to Have
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
- Meme/content marketing experience
- Ability to work with data-driven content (predictions, stats, insights)

Output Expectations
- 2-5 pieces of content per day
- Consistent improvement in engagement metrics
- Ability to identify and replicate winning formats

Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹1,000.00 per month
