Responsibilities (Jewellery Sales Executive)
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences, budget, and occasions
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery collections
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about pricing, quality, and designs
- Maintain excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue
- Manage billing process and ensure smooth checkout experience
- Maintain display standards and ensure proper presentation of jewellery items
- Keep track of stock and coordinate with the inventory team when required
- Build long-term relationships with customers for future sales opportunities
