‘Tandav Consultancy’ titled ‘Training and Nurturing Development Approach Vertical’ is a company working towards building robust professional sports curriculum, guiding and providing mentorship to future sports leaders. As a Videographer and Lead Editor at Tandav,



you are the visual architect of the "Warrior Mindset," responsible for capturing the fierce energy and raw grit of Mumbai’s sports ecosystem. You will translate performance data into high-octane, rhythmic content that drives the "Roaring Tandav" narrative across India’s $130 billion sports industry.

Core responsibilities:
- Podcast Production: Lead the filming of the 'Roaring Tandav' podcast. You aren't just hitting 'record'; you are directing the lighting and sound to ensure a world-class broadcast feel.
- Short-Form Content (Reels/Shorts): Transform long-form interviews and on-field drills into high-retention, fast-paced Reels. You must understand how to sync cuts to a "fierce and rhythmic" beat. Knowledge about algorithms, CTAs, hooks is preferred but not required.
- The "Warrior" Documentary Style: Capture "Ground Truth" footage of athletes navigating Mumbai traffic, training in the monsoon, and undergoing "The Zone" scouting tests.
