Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and shortlist vendors for raw materials, packaging, consumables, equipment, and services
- Collect quotations (RFQs), prepare comparative statements, and support price negotiations
- Maintain and update vendor master data including vendor codes, contact details, payment terms, GST, bank details, and lead times




- Coordinate with internal teams for purchase requirements and order planning
- Track purchase orders, delivery timelines, and ensure timely procurement
- Build and maintain vendor relationships and performance records
- Assist in vendor evaluation and development processes
- Maintain proper documentation and procurement records
- Support process improvements and standardization in procurement operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (filters, tables, pivot tables)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
