Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for providing cleaning and upkeeping services to guests.
- The Housekeeping Associate will also be responsible for maintaining a skilled and courteous demeanor when communicating with guests and providing excellent customer service.
- We are looking for an attentive Executive Housekeeper to support the functions of our establishment and the needs of our customers.
- An Housekeeping Associate responsibilities include changing beds and making the beds, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting and polishing other items in the room.
- They may also be responsible for reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs around the facility.
- Ultimately you will play a crucial role in the presentation of the establishment by ensuring all amenities are placed and are well cared for and maintained.
- Responsibilities like cleaning and maintaining public areas within the building and even external area of the building as well.




- Ensure that the facility remains clean at all times Anticipate and respond to customers queries concerns and complaints.
- Requirements and skills Proven work experience as an Housekeeping Associate or similar role Familiarity with cleaning solutions and housekeeping equipment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and an outstanding organizational and time management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Qualifications:
- Housekeeping Associate experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with housekeeping chemicals and solutions and various equipment’s.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Bachelor or Diploma in Hospitality & Hotel Administration is a plus or bonus.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus. Freshers are also welcome.
