Role Summary

We are looking for proactive and target-driven Inside Sales Representatives to support business growth by generating and qualifying leads within the building materials industry. This role is crucial in engaging potential clients, maintaining a healthy lead pipeline, and supporting the field sales team to drive continuous revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential leads in the construction industry, including contractors, architects, and developers
- Maintain a steady and consistent lead pipeline to support sales targets

Lead Qualification
- Evaluate leads based on project scope, budget, authority, and timelines
- Keep the CRM and lead database updated with contact information and engagement status
- Consistently follow up to move leads through the sales funnel

Collaboration
- Work closely with the regional sales team to align lead efforts with business goals
- Educate prospects on product offerings and schedule demos or meetings with the field sales team
- Assist in bridging the initial outreach and sales conversion





Reporting & Market Insights
- Track lead generation performance and share regular reports on conversion, funnel status, and productivity
- Stay informed about market developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to suggest recent lead opportunities

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Marketing, Business, or related fields)

Experience & Industry Background
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, or business development
- Experience in the building materials or construction industry is preferred

Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Ability to make 60-70 outbound calls per day with high energy and consistency
- Excellent follow-up, listening, and rapport-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead tracking tools is a plus
- Result-oriented, organized, and motivated to achieve t
