We’re Hiring: Creative Assistant (AI-Driven Facebook Ads Creatives)

We’re looking for a Creative Assistant who knows how to use AI to make high-performing Facebook & Instagram ad creatives—fast, smart, and conversion-focused.

This role is about ideas + execution, not manual designing from scratch.

What You’ll Do
- Create Facebook & Instagram ad creatives using AI tools:
- Generate ad visuals, reels, hooks, and variations at scale
- Work on copy + visuals alignment for better conversions
- Test multiple creative versions (A/B formats)
- Stay updated with Meta ad trends & formats

What We’re Looking For
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney/DALL-E, Canva AI, Meta AI, etc.)
- Basic understanding of Facebook Ads creatives & formats:
- Good eye for visuals, hooks & storytelling
- Speed,



curiosity, and willingness to experiment
- Canva knowledge is a must; Adobe is a plus
