Required Experience(Min experience in years):
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires solid communication, negotiation, and field-sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify prospective clients through cold calling, field visits, and online research.
- Conduct meetings and product/service presentations to clients.
- Manage inquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales.

2. Sales Operations & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an active pipeline and update CRM or sales tracker regularly.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize deals as per company policies.

3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Handle client queries, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Follow up on payments and documentation.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and product improvements.
