We’re Hiring: Motion Graphic Designer (Marketing-Focused)

We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who thinks like a marketer—someone who understands attention, storytelling, and conversion, not just animations.

If you know how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping, high-impact videos, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
- Create motion graphics & short-form videos for Instagram, Meta ads, reels & stories
- Animate text, graphics, visuals, and brand elements for digital campaigns
- Edit promotional videos, reels, and ad creatives
- Develop strong hooks, pacing, transitions, and storytelling:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support branding & lead generation

What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in After Effects & Premiere Pro (Canva motion is a plus)
- Strong understanding of social media trends, ad formats & audience behavior:
- Positive sense of timing,



typography animation & visual flow
- Ability to think independently and suggest what content will perform better
