Job Title: Finance Clerical Associate
Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Clerical Associate to support the Duties & Taxes function. The role involves managing duty/tax-related documentation, performing Balance Sheet reconciliations, and assisting with accounting entries and data analysis to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial processes. Please note: This is not a taxation-related role but part of the Record-to-Report (RTR) process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records related to duties and taxes in spreadsheets and accounting systems.
- Assist in preparing duty/tax-related reports and analysis of open items.
- Conduct basic analysis to validate duty/tax computations and identify discrepancies.
- Support audits by organizing and providing required documentation.




- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve duty/tax-related queries and discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry for duty/tax transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
- Ability to perform basic financial and tax analysis.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
1 Experience in finance functions within a corporate workplace.

2 Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹670,000.00 per year
