About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Representative - Business Development Executive to join our team at Market Disc, Pune. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in customer service, client handling, or support roles who want to grow into business development and sales within the IT industry.





You will work on managing client communication, nurturing leads, supporting sales activities, and contributing directly to business growth while maintaining excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Client Engagement:
Understand client requirements and provide accurate information about company services

Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients

Resolve basic client queries and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in CRM

Business Development & Sales Support:
