- Prepare job cards with accurate details of customer complaints and service needs.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Provide cost estimates and explain repairs and service recommendations clearly to customers.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers regarding service status and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Promote additional services, accessories, and maintenance packages when appropriate.
- Maintain service records and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
