We are looking for a confident, professional, and result-oriented Student Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right courses and support them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp leads, and online student inquiries
- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses accordingly
- Explain course details, fees structure, batch timings, and career benefits
- Convert leads into admissions through proper follow-up and counseling
- Maintain student inquiry records, lead data, and admission reports
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding demo classes and schedules




- Assist students with enrollment, documentation, and onboarding process
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Positive counseling, sales, and follow-up abilities
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
- Customer-service and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
- Prior experience in counseling, admissions, telecalling, or sales preferred
- Experience in education institute will be an advantage
