Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a skilled and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with the in-house carpenter team to schedule visits, follow up on jobs, and ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Coordinate with the in-house team to identify and arrange any missing parts or components required for customers, and ensure timely dispatch.
- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central accounts, including order processing, returns, and customer communication.
- Monitor and respond to customer messages and reviews on Amazon and other platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve recurring issues.




- Provide regular updates and reports to the reporting manager on customer support activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer support / customer service.
- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Account and Amazon Vendor Account is preferable.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with field staff such as carpenters and service technicians.
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
- Basic computer skills including MS Office, E-mail, and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

- Prior experience in furniture, home services, or E-commerce industry.
