Field Sales Executive - Student Outreach & Direct Enrollment

ABOUT THE ROLE

Marconix Sales Solutions is hiring energetic and people-friendly Field Sales Executives to directly reach out to nursing and paramedical students across Bangalore colleges, hostels, and student hubs.

You will introduce students to a top-rated EdTech platform built exclusively for nursing education, demonstrate the app, capture leads, and convert them into paid enrollments. This is a high-energy, street-smart field role with excellent incentive potential on top of a fixed salary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit nursing and paramedical colleges across your assigned Bangalore zone daily
- Approach students at college gates, canteens, hostels, and PG areas
- Conduct live app demonstrations on phone in 3-5 minutes
- Capture student leads name, number, course, college via CRM/Google Form
- Follow up to convert leads into paid subscriptions
- Activate and guide students through the enrollment process
- Execute BTL activities, flyer distribution, standee setups, and mini campus events




- Seed referral programs among enrolled students to generate peer leads
- Submit daily activity reports and lead counts to the Team Leader

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or marketing
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Comfortable approaching and conversing with college students
- Positive spoken communication in Kannada and English (Malayalam/Hindi is a plus)
- Target-driven with a positive, never-give-up attitude
- Punctual, presentable, and self-motivated for daily field work
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream
- Two-wheeler

NICE TO HAVE
- Prior experience in EdTech sales, student counselling, or education marketing
- Experience doing BTL activities, campus promotions, or on-ground activations
- Knowledge of nursing or paramedical courses (B.Sc Nursing, GNM, Pharmacy)
- Existing network among nursing or
