Determining the company's staffing needs and developing a staffing strategy. Preparing work schedules and ensuring staffing requirements are met. Ensuring that all staffing decisions comply with company policies and regulatory standards. Assisting with employee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Maintaining daily staffing reports and providing weekly updates to management. Reporting scheduling issues and job vacancies to management. Coordinating with payroll to verify staff details and working hours. Assisting human resources with daily activities as required.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
