Experience Level: 2- 5+ Years

Compensation: ₹4.0 LPA - ₹6.0+ LPA

The Role

As an Admissions Counsellor, you will be the primary architect of a student's study-abroad journey. This involves:
- Strategic Consulting: Developing individualized admission plans, including university shortlisting and course selection.
- Expert Guidance: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of global curricula (US, UK, Europe, etc.), standardized testing, and visa compliance.
- Process Management:



Managing the end-to-end enrolment funnel via CRM (Salesforce/Zoho) and ensuring all documentation meets rigorous international standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong, empathetic relationships with students and parents while liaising with international university partners.

What We Are Looking For
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is required (Experience with top-tier Indian or international university systems is highly preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a high level of interpersonal "emotional intelligence."
- Attributes: A methodical approach to work, resilience under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and compliance.
- Flexibility: Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, including occasional weekend/evening work to support student needs.
