Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads from calls, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable wedding planning services
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Prepare and present customized proposals to clients
- Conduct client meetings (in-person and virtual)
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners




- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper records of leads and client interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (Wedding/Event industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Presentable and confident personality
- Ability to understand luxury client expectations
- Basic knowledge of wedding trends and decor
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
