Responsibilities and Duties:
- Automate repetitive tasks using Make (Integromat) and other no-code tools
- Build trigger-based and scheduled automation processes
- Manage and automate reports using Excel / Google Sheets
- Work with formulas, filters, data cleanup, and structured datasets
- Automate social media post scheduling across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Integrate Canva designs with scheduling tools for bulk posting




- Maintain content calendars through automated systems
- Set up and manage Brevo (Sendinblue) campaigns and automation flows
- Document automation logic and SOPs
- Monitor automations and fix issues when required

Required Skills & Tools Must-Have:
- Make (Integromat)
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Canva (templates, bulk designs)
- Social media scheduling tools or automation logic
- Strong understanding of workflows & triggers
- Good-to-Have: Zapier, Notion / Airtable, Google Forms / Typeform, CRM or WhatsApp API knowledge, Basic API / webhook understanding
