Job Summary

We are hiring passionate and skilled Commi I, II, and III chefs specializing in Continental cuisine and Pizza preparation for our kitchen in Andheri. The role requires hands-on experience in food preparation, consistency in quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of continental dishes such as pastas, grills, sauces, and salads.
- Prepare pizza dough from scratch, including kneading, fermentation, and portioning.
- Assemble and bake pizzas with a variety of toppings while maintaining consistency.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per food safety standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.




- Minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service hours.

Role Breakdown

Commi I (Advanced):
- Independently managing a section (continental or pizza)
- Supervising junior staff Ensuring high standards in taste, presentation, and hygieneCommi II (Intermediate):
- Handling specific sections (pizza or continental) under supervision
- Basic cooking and pizza-making responsibilities
- Ensuring quality and consistencyCommi III (Entry Level):
- Basic food prep (chopping, cutting, ingredient prep)
- Assisting senior chefs
- Learning kitchen operations and recipes

Requirements & Skills
- Prior experience in continental cuisine and/or pizza-making preferred
- Knowledge of dough preparation, sauces, and baking techniques
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Team player with a positive attitud
