Job Description - Site Supervisor
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and deployed manpower
- Maintain all required records, including log books, maintenance records, attendance, and equipment history
- Record and report breakdowns with details of cause, location, and repairs
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of audio-visual systems and related equipment
- Manage complaint/feedback registers and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure compliance with RRCAT requirements and approved documentation formats
- Coordinate for smooth execution of lectures, seminars, and cultural events
- Ensure availability and upkeep of all required registers and documentation materials
- Work on GeM Portal

Site Supervisor - Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
- Degree / Diploma / Certification in:




- Event Management / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Audio-Visual Engineering

Experience:
- Minimum:
- 1 year (Degree holders)
- 3 years (Diploma holders)
- 5 years (Certification holders)

Relevant Experience Must Include:
- Operation & maintenance of audio-visual systems
- Work in facilities such as:
- Auditorium / Convention Centre / Open-air theatre
- Event management setups / Resorts
- Any venue conducting regular lectures, seminars, or cultural programs

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
