Job Title: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing & sales strategies
- Generate and convert leads into profitable business opportunities
- Handle client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Manage tendering, quotations, and contract negotiations
- Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and delivery

Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing/sales roles
- Background in fabrication, infrastructure, waterproofing, or construction chemicals:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Knowledge of project sales and EPC workplace

Qualification:
BE/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) or MBA (Marketing)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
