Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality academic content using established templates and curriculum guidelines.
- AI Editing (Human-in-the-loop): Review and refine AI-generated drafts to ensure clarity, accuracy, and educational value.
- Content Expansion: Convert core academic concepts into multiple question variations and formats.
- Assessment Development: Create MCQs, short-answer questions, and other evaluation items aligned with learning objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Proofread and edit content for grammar, tone, and academic correctness.
- Metadata Tagging: Label content with standards, difficulty levels, and learning objectives.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct gap analysis to identify missing content areas and ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Productivity: Maintain a steady workflow and meet daily content creation/editing targets.

Required Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of experience in academic content writing or instructional material development




- Robust command of English grammar and academic writing style
- Experience creating assessment items and educational resources
- Ability to align content with curriculum standards and learning outcomes
- Experience with proofreading and editing academic material
- Familiarity with digital authoring tools and structured content systems

Preferred Skills
- Experience in e-learning or EdTech environments
- Knowledge of Bloom’s Taxonomy and DOK levels
- Strong analytical and gap-analysis skills
- Ability to work with AI-assisted content workflows

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
