Plan and create engaging Reels/Shorts content aligned with brand goals
- Research and execute trending audio, formats, and viral hooks:
- Shoot and edit short-form videos (using phone + tools like CapCut/InShot)
- Write scroll-stopping hooks, captions, and CTAs for each reel
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent posting
- Collaborate with team (designers, models, marketing) for content execution
- Optimize reels for performance (timing, hashtags, thumbnails, captions)
- Monitor analytics (views, watch time, engagement, saves) and improve strategy
- Repurpose content across platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook)
- Manage comments, DMs, and audience engagement on posted content
- Brainstorm creative concepts, series, and campaign ideas
- Stay updated with latest social media trends and algorithm changes

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,734.78 per month
