Role Description:
The Scrum Master - Digital Workplace & Private Cloud will be responsible for enabling Agile execution across Digital Workplace and Private Cloud infrastructure teams. This role requires a strong Scrum Master with hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure environments who can drive delivery discipline, operational priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure predictable outcomes while working with globally distributed teams.:
Key Responsibilities:




- Act as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams supporting Digital Workplace and Private Cloud services.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, and Operations leaders to maintain a prioritized and actionable backlog.
- Drive Agile adoption in infrastructure-centric teams, balancing Scrum with pragmatic execution where required.
- Identify, track, and remove impediments related to infrastructure dependencies, tooling, and operational constraints.
- Enable transparency through Agile metrics such as sprint velocity, burn-downs, and delivery predictability.
- Support quarterly planning, roadmap alignment, and cross-team dependency management.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices in an enterprise infrastructure context.
- Collaborate closely with ITSM, Cloud, End-User Computing, and Workplace Operations teams.
